This mission guides everything we create — simple tools, friendly dragons, and joyful activities that help children imagine, create, write, and share with confidence.
Our Story
The Storymaking Hub was created to make reading and writing feel joyful again.
​
We noticed that kids often feel pressured when learning to write, and adults sometimes feel unsure about how to guide them. So we designed a simple, creative pathway that turns storymaking into something fun, flexible, and easy to use — anywhere kids learn.
​
What started as a few worksheets and story prompts has grown into a complete 4-Level Program that helps children explore ideas, build stories, and express themselves with pride. Whether you’re at home, in school, in a learning hub, or anywhere in between, The Storymaking Hub gives you tools to spark imagination and support confident communication.

Meet The Team
Rick Williams
Author & Creator
​
Rick Williams Sr. is the author of The Dragon & Dinosaur Chronicles, published under his commercial brand, Rick Williams Books. The series began as a simple writing project with his grandson — a fun tradition that quickly grew as he started creating stories with all of his grandkids. Their excitement, imagination, and shared ideas became the heart of the world he built.
As Rick continued writing, he also began helping friends’ children explore stories of their own. He discovered that the same spark of creativity he saw in his grandkids appeared in every young storyteller he worked with. This growing circle of young writers showed him that storytelling could be a powerful way to build confidence, connection, and imagination.
These experiences — writing side by side with kids, watching their ideas come alive, and guiding them from simple play to full stories — eventually grew into the foundations of The Storymaking Hub. What began as personal moments with young writers developed into a set of tools and supports, including the Creative Writing Lab and the full 4-Level Storymaking Program. Together, they form the pathway families and educators now use to help children explore, create, complete, and confidently share their own stories.

Cherry-An brings the Storymaking Hub to life through design, curriculum support, resources, and digital creativity. She works closely with Rick to turn ideas into simple, beautiful learning tools for families and educators. Her heart is focused on literacy, creativity, and making storymaking joyful for all ages.​​​
Spark, Ember, Blaze, and Drayko were designed to make learning visual, friendly, and engaging. Each dragon represents a step in the creative journey — Explore, Create, Complete, and Share — helping kids understand where they are and where they’re headed next.
